Don’t feel along in not understanding them, many statues are still being interpreted by case law and I bet you be hard pressed to find a LLC with Real Estate structure, more so a Series LLC as denoted on this thread that has been in a court of law.

I would like one day that they sell washers and dryers that has built in Apple Pay or Google Wallet capabilities, and all a tenant has to do is to wave it near the washer or dryer and press their finger onto the Touch ID and I get paid as the machine unlocks for 1 load.Or may be I know what the tenants like to drink and I set up a vending machine that pour their favorite ice cold beers from dispensers and I get paid online and the Touch ID knows if he/she is over 21.
