Do you have LLC's (one or more) I personally use Quickbooks, but if you've never used accounting software the learning curve is a little steep, so we'd need to know if you're a numbers geek, or if you can't stand the paperwork side, or somewhere in between.

I recently got into wholesaling and I've been kicking around the various software products available specifically for wholesalers.

sounds like a software issue in that if you can figure out how to run a CMA in your system you can use the parameters I mentioned.

We also have a cloud based utility (water,sewage,electric, and has)management software that is geared towards multi building owners.

Not sure if they price will change once they add in evictions, but through my buildium software, the tenant only has to pay $12 for Smartmove.

What resources or tools such as books, software and etc must a investor have to become better?..

I'm 30 years old and I'm fortunate enough to have been self employed for nearly a half decade primarily earning money through internet entrepreneur activities (e.g. software products, websites etc).I'm escaping my Bigger Pockets long time podcast listener and forum lurker shell to participate in the community.

He is selling German properties to investors from Italy.He has some great piece of software that allows him to show them the property as it will look AFTER the repairs.

We do have a monthly fee but ours includes CRM software and E&O insurance. 

They also doubled the ceilings - put up furring strips over the existing plaster & installed drywall.
