Hi all, I go by Jake, I'm currently deployed to Africa with the Army. when I get home my wife and I will be moving to NC (hopefully the Charlotte area).

I live in Murphy NC.

I can't speak specifically to NC, but here in CA all you need is the one page addendum that references the original lease and states any new terms.

Hopefully, someone can offer some advice and any lenders info that they have or used in Charlotte NC.

I'll explain what I'm doing and hopefully you guys can give me some advice or warnings if I'm doing something wrong.I purchase a property in NC about 10 years ago for $86k.

Part of that is because I will moving to Charlotte, NC, and I don't want to have both on my plate.

Was wondering if anyone in the Charlotte area could (a) refer me to a good real estate closing attorney and (b) estimate closing costs on NC deals, if possible.
