Hi all,

I go by Jake, I'm currently deployed to Africa with the Army. when I get home my wife and I will be moving to NC (hopefully the Charlotte area). Once we move we want to begin looking into multi-family properties for buy and hold to produce passive income. I've poked around the website and the forums and seen some great information on here already. Both of us are licensed real estate agents in Florida, however we're not planning to get our license at this time once we move. I look forward to getting to know some of you in the future and hopefully being able to be a helpful member to the forum eventually.
