In most places it is a 20-day Notice to Terminate.

Like more example, has anyone noticed if average church attendance in a given city or number of parks or something else that's usually not factored in correlates with quality of tenants?  

A neighbor who is also a tenant of my associate heard the car running and noticed a smell of fumes.

This tenant has had problem in the past and was always responding quickly to email or calls, but he seems to have a new "strategy": he no longer answer emails, no longer picks up phone.He did not answer 24h notice posted on his door. 

A lis pendens is constructive notice that a lawsuit has been filed concerning the title to the property or a claimed ownership interest in it.
