Advent Health just recently took over Florida Hospital and is in the process of improving service and renovating, so coupled with West Marion and Ocala Regional there is a good demand for doctor's and nurses which UF just keeps pumping out every year :) As for manufacturing, E-One (Fire and Emergency equipment) is still a big player in town, Signature Brands has a presence (Betty Crocker).

You want to see the Seller's Schedule E for the past 2 years, minimum, to know what the real rents and real expenses are. 

And then, most importantly, start to go see those houses in person when you get a text or e-mail regardless of whether or not that particular house meets your criteria on paper.

With all what is going on in the online business and e-commerce.

I just use Quicken, set categories to match Schedule E, then use tags to designate which property.

2) Only looking for an accountant to fill out my Schedule E and Form 1040 for CY19.Are there any other tax forms I should be aware of, besides the two listed above?

If it means full service, like daily laundry service, food prep, transportation etc that would push you into Schedule E territory.
