I use microwave and small-bag popcorn, Kind bars, a few nice wrapped chocolates and 2 small bottles of water.

It's not because they are making 3% by sending a contract over to a title company/lawyer and are collapsing under the weight of their moneystacks. 

Would you expect things like kitchen cabinets to need to be replaced again?

I assume this won't be the first time I encounter this, and perhaps it's nice to offer tenants this option. 

Selfishly, I don't want to help with # 1 as I don't need more competition, but my agent is too nice of a guy not to help him get more business.
