Hi All,

I am looking for a handy person  to perform maintenance and repair tasks as needed for 1-4 unit properties in the Western suburbs of Philadelphia.  Can anyone out there recommend someone who they currently work with or have worked with in the past?

Steve

@Steve Uhlig a tip I have heard is go to the local Home Depot early on a Saturday morning. Drive around the parking lot and look for trucks with handyman stickers in the window and take down the phone numbers. The reason to do this on Saturday is to find someone who isn't afraid to work outside M-F. You can also stop in and talk to some of the people at Home Depot and see if they have anyone to recommend. Every time I go to Home Depot and see a handyman number, I write it down. I have not used them all, but I have a nice list to fall back on if I need something done.
