New investor in Hampton Roads, needing advise
I am 31yrs old married with 5 kids. work a fulltime gig and want to get a little more active in Hampton roads concerning real-estate investing. I have flipped one home in Atlanta, GA and now I have bought and rehab one here in Newport News, VA near the Ship yard area. after listening to the podcast and hearing about BRRRR I am not sure if I should sell this property and move on to the next or rent and move on. I have already found a nice property I would like to move on but not sure what to do with the current. any help is great.
