With a beautiful mix of charming older homes, newer two story mansions and gorgeous tree lined streets you feel like you've traveled back in time to the Leave it to Beaver days. 

I found BP about a year ago while medically recovering and I have still not decided what to do.  

I love traveling to new places domestically and internationally.

Two of my last three tenants in different places: a young girl with a decent job who wanted to buy her own place (and did so after a year in one of my houses as a great tenant), and a "just married" young couple with one in medical school, great people.

I definitely won't be able to travel to the countries, or get GTR i dreamed of, or support my family comfortably even if i was a brain surgeon, and that's after the 25 years of college for that.
