New newbie to real estate

Hello everyone! SO I don't know what to do, haha. I'm starting to lean towards real estate a lot. So much that I'm willing to drop college and even work if i had a mentor to teach me. Why? Because honestly after serious thinking, college isn't going to get me to where i want to get in life. I definitely won't be able to travel to the countries, or get GTR i dreamed of, or support my family comfortably even if i was a brain surgeon, and that's after the 25 years of college for that. Plus i don't want to just work most of my life and retire, id rather enjoy life to the fullest, especially at my age of 22. I guess what i'm trying to say is, I don't know what field of real estate i should get into, or what books to read, or what clubs, what seminars are and aren't scams, where to get the money to start out in real estate even if it was just 1 property, and i most definitely don't know where to find a mentor without sounding annoying which would be the most challenging but most rewarding part. So i turn to bigger pockets seeking help, hoping to get a lot of benefits and knowledge from what i read online about this site. To put this vague simple paragraph short, I'm simply a dirty diamond that needs to be polished by some guidance in real estate to be a priceless diamond. Young, willing, and ready. Sorry if anything sounds weird, first post, any information would be much appreciated! Thank you!
