Hello I'm Dwayne, from New Jersey. I'm a  Investor/Developer, my goals in real estate are to invest and redevelop ran down areas via fix and flip, buy and hold and purchasing commercial properties. Any tips, knowledge ect. Will be greatly appreciated.
