My biggest reason for getting it was the frustration of relying on other real estate agents that would drag their feet and not give me what I was asking for or give me comps on a totally different properties, altogether.

Hey guys,I would like some advice/ideas on how to turn around a property I acquired online or how to get rid of it (if it's not worth the trouble).Being prior military I was familiar with Fort gordon, GA (city of Augusta) and received a notice that the VA was getting rid of several properties that it had foreclosed on.

I signed up online for water service, but was denied because apparently I need a master meter, which requires almost as much documentation as purchasing the property itself!

Full rented - $3200/month in total. 

The holding costs i could fine the taxes online , the insurance i can get a free quote , lights and swear i can just google right ?

A duplex for $500k with rents at $2500/month (total) pop up all the time.

I have the address and looked into propertyshark online for info on the house and owner.

Flack Estates 4/2/22,700 sq. ft 11,000 square foot lot School district 27 Houston- Bellaire Homes in this area are doing two things: 1) They're getting town down and built back up or getting a total rehab.

Remember, anything that's online can be viewed by every other investor and their brother so to find good deals you have to go out there and find them yourself or use a wholesaler.
