I'm going to have an attorney review my lease agreement, but all the documentation that I have came with my BiggerPockets MANAGING RENTAL PROPERTIES book a few years ago, pre-pandemic...and it's a lot.For those using KeyCheck for their MTR listings, did you also find that additional documentation was needed, besides the 3 key things that KC provides? 

I joined believing the community was here to help its members make such decisions, (smartly), and in some cases, partner together to improve the probability of success (and learning for the newbie!).

It's very difficult to do that anymore today.Some people will call BS but I've found 9 times out of 10 those folks are doing their numbers wrong.
