At the rate that we are going, we realize that with one house a year we will reach our target in another 4-6 years depending on levels of cash flow from each property.

You are better off using ListSource to build lists targeting what you want than trying to get the information at the courthouse when you don't know them there or exactly what you are looking for.

As long as this satisfies your reinvestment targets then your 1031 is complete.
