@Jay Hinrichs okay got it which I’m sure those things are critical for the typical style of doing a subdivision where the homes are close together.

@Jim KittridgeYeah, it seems like self-storage is one of those niches that requires boots on the ground style research.

I’d be happy to discuss your goals with you further if you’d like and come up with a plan to help you achieve them.

On the flip side I have my client buy any of the finishing touches known as allowance items because there’s no way I’d be able to know exactly what style you want.

On the higher end because it looks like the renovations here are catered more towards a trendy modern style.

I’ve only been working for a year now but once I discovered house hacking, I knew it was the only way for me to achieve the freedom I desire.

Both can work, but they are obviously different management styles overall.
