Newbie from Long Island NY

Hi everyone my name is Tanisha Naughton from Long island NY. I am a consultant for schools during the day and I purchased my first single family home in NY last year. I am going to rent out my place now that I have officially made a year in the home. I plan to purchase another home this year as buyer occupant but in New Jersey since NY is a bit overpriced and obtain a multifamily unit where I can house hack. Eventually I want to invest in other states. I joined biggerpockets to gain more information regarding real estate as I would like to turn this into a passive income for myself and I would like to network with others and speak with mentors.
