Here's the disconnect I think.....Asking a guest to do the following: 1) leave your place relatively neat, 2) Don't leave dirty dishes with food on them, 3) take the trash out to the trashcan outside the back door, 4) throw the soiled linens on the bath floor.....Can hardly be called 'cleaning'........

Take a sample from inside a closet .. you don't need much and you don't need to remove the dry wall. usually the finish is the same popcorn stuff in the closets..
