Blue tape alternative

I'm going to paint a couple rooms in my house. My office has a lot of moulding, from the coffered ceiling, crown moulding to the wainscoting. Taping this off will take forever so I was thinking about an edging tool. Do you have experience with these? Any recommendations? http://m.homedepot.com/p/Shur-Line-6-8-in-x-3-in-Pro-Paint-Edger-1000c/202080280/ http://m.homedepot.com/p/Wagner-Smart-Edge-Roller-Paint-and-Trim-0530000/203434635/ Thanks

I find that cleaning the baseboard just before you tape really helps cut down on the drips. Also pulling the tape at the right time when it's mostly dry, but not leaving it on overnight to dry too much and possibly peel up with the tape.

Neat trick @David Egger I'll have to try that
