tub issue
I've got a rental property that has what appears to be a porcelein tub. Near the drain, the surface has worn down and it looks like rust in the area. The renters asked if I could cover it up because they like to take baths. So I got an epoxy made to patch the tub. That worked for a while, not it has come off. It's been about 4 months since I put it on. Any other suggestions?

There are companies who specialize in re-coating tubs, and they probably are known to your local REIA. I suggest using one of them.
