You don't need to establish business credit ahead of time for the A-paper great commercial mortgages, we do them all the time without any established credit.So you wind up, fast forward a couple years, with a bunch of different LLCs that you share ownership of with different people. 

Just wanted to share some insight regarding foreign national loans and mortgages for international investors without a FICO or US credit score asI've had a a recent uptick in international buyer activity and interest.  

Ive had decent luck with the NAHB Home builders association. https://www.nahb.org/nahb-community/nahb-directories They have a whole section dedicated to remodelers.
