Get the Seller under contract (electronic signature since he is in a different state; not the most appealing or best way, but it's something as I can't secure the deal without it (obvs); get them under contract for the remaining balance + an offering I do for my pre-foreclosure homeowners - I give them 10 - 15k.

I also know that the boardwalk that is being rebuilt and extended to gardners basin will have security cameras covering the boardwalk and the streets leading to it.

Hi all,I’m sorry if I seem a little novice but I’m still learning, so bear with me...So I’ve been trying to secure a house in a new build community, that I cannot get qualified to use my VA eligibility for, in the time between now and when we have to move out of our leased house.

From what I'm reading, for a small mixed use building like the one I'm getting, a commercial inspection may not cost anymore than a regular home inspection, although there's a post here that indicates the opposite. 

Security Cameras?

In college I majored in Computer Science which is the field I now work in.Career, family and financial security were always my top priority and there was not a lot of talk about REI back then... so fixing and flipping remained just a dream.

I just looked up on my Social Security Earning Records and I made $7795 that year, that's $149 a week.  

Instead of being all in for $150k, I'm only in for $30k and the bank is never over 80% LTV and their money is always secured.
