If your pm prospect is a RE agent, they should have access to a generic PM agreement provided thru their realtors association.If your prospect isn't licensed, and the state requires a license to be a PM in NJ, then the agreement wouldn't do you any good anyway (I'm assuming you want an agreement in place to keep everyone honest) since it wouldn't be enforceable.Sorry I'm not a whole lot of help, but at least it's something to think about...

Many of my prospective tenants either do not have computer access (to pay online) or do not have a checking account - and many times do not have either one.I will have to check into this deposit only account/card at my bank.
