As for the comment, it actually is sort of true, absence of an agreement, the landlord is required to pay for the heat. 

He was motivated now to complete on time and we minimized our change orders coming in at budget.

Stay motivated and focused on investing wisely, and you could be a few years into your retirement by the time you're 30.

@Amanda Hillard just thought I would post this as well here in case anybody else searched for this sort of thing but you can always post in the Texas forum for some great local answers. 

On the other hand, some recently built homes will be in foreclosure (or have motivated sellers for other reasons) and can be had at a discount.

More than anything this will keep you motivated and reduce the trial and error periods  

Just like you are looking for motivated sellers, sellers are looking for motivated buyers. 

I joined BiggerPockets five years ago as a small-town, 16 year old, New Hampshire boy, motivated to make it big in real estate but having no clue how to actually do it. 

I took down the phone numbers from both locations and plan on giving them a call but I’m super nervous and not exactly sure what important questions need to be ask to see if they’re motivated or how I should introduce myself.

But, I've become a sort of Go To expert on a couple of topics and, for me, when I'm talking about a topic I am very knowledgeable about, my shyness goes away.
