I’ve done it before with other lenders and don’t mind the “extra work”.Are there any known lenders out there who have a similar rate for condos currently and can work off of P&Ls and leases?

Thats a good question, Just purchased Batchleads.io membership to give it ago, So far it has the Skip Trace feature and able to obtain mortgage and lien info of leads but, I though it was fine and dandy until I wanted to see how the current MLS data reflects on there.

Have done tons of research into taking loans etc, but probably settling on getting 20% DP and 6 months worth of monthly costs (maintenance/mortgage/utilities).Started looking to my state laws and saw I need 3 years experience to even get a MN broker license and was wondering how I should go about that.Does that mean I have to sell houses or is there a way to become an employee under an existing property manager?

.$2M in, at this future time, lightly levered RE.Supposing this is close to what you’d love, one could spit out a financial plan that looked something like the following:- Max HSA- Max 401(k)Use leftovers to go on a shopping spree buying RE at relatively low leverage, potentially on 15 year mortgages, in local LCOL area (which probably also means a relatively reasonable cash flow market)Obviously I’m making a ton of assumptions here and will be wrong in ten places.

If it's to hold long term and pay down the mortgage, the appreciation and mortgage pay down is great.
