HI @Lincoln Roth technically "yes", but realistically the licensing is not actively enforced and may only become an issue if you foreclose and the borrower challenges the integrity of the loan.

Maybe you could offer to help their team with marketing, social media, etc.

That being said, I'm about 8 months in, I've launched several mailing campaigns, active cold calling, and general social media posts.

The locks can integrate with Ring, but I manage them through the Schlage app. 

I plan on setting up a property website and then integrating with App Folio.

@Ruby Ruiz Find someone on biggerpockets you look up to...then check out their social media and see if they need help with content creation and marketing.

So as I’m sure most of you know, video marketing for agents is becoming more common and finally catching on especially with newer agents working social media for leads.
