If it sinks down the road the buyers would come after you for non-disclosure.This reminds me of back in the day when builders instead of hauling trash off would bury it under the garage or part of the house.

@James Wise Reminds me of a Dan Sullivan comment, in the beginning of our career we convince ourselves that we would be truly happy if we had 100,000 a year net income.However when we achieve that we become a bit disillusioned, and we convince ourselves that True Happiness is at 200,000 annually.
