Hey,@Julian Dangerfield just make sure that these people that you have built a relationship with know that it may take a little longer to find that perfect investment property, and that you will be a little slower on the judgement of the property because you want to make sure it will perform well for you.There are people within in real estate (i.e. agents and/or loan officers) that might not understand that a property is not exactly great for you since it does not produce the income you want, even though it is a property in great condition.
