I thought I knew what I was doing but Maybe I don't???
So tenant screening is more difficult than i think I ever thought! Everyone who calls me has a story! It's only be a couple of days so I'm sure it's going to get better...
A prospect that I spoke to today sounded ideal, however when I said no judgements, evictions, liens, etc. She stated that she's now 35 years old but had an incident with her very first landlord when she was 18. Well because, I told her my criteria, I felt that I had to stick to it! Does anyone ignore these type of credit flaws because of the length of time? I believe judgements will stick with you forever until you satisfy it.
Thoughts?? I don't want to be too strict and then miss a potentially good tenant?

Took me 3 weeks to find mine, every one had a story ...or a pit bull.
