Aloha all,

My name is Loren-Michael Limatoc, and I am looking to efficiently make more of what I have.

As for experience, I have none.

I have looked, and found many places to read up on, but BiggerPockets has proven to have many people who have knowledge, and have applied it to be good at real estate investing.  

So, I figured if I want to gain actionable knowledge, I better stop reading, and start participating.  After all, you can only learn so much from reading before you need to get out and experience.  

Mahalo for taking the time to learn a bit about me, but before I go, can I ask you to keep something in mind for me?  I am always looking to connect and partner with high character and passionate people.  If you come across any, could you please point them my way?  As I learn more about you in the community, I will do the same and try to bring as much value to our connection as possible.
