Aloha all,
My name is Loren-Michael Limatoc, and I am looking to efficiently make more of what I have.
As for experience, I have none.
I have looked, and found many places to read up on, but BiggerPockets has proven to have many people who have knowledge, and have applied it to be good at real estate investing.
So, I figured if I want to gain actionable knowledge, I better stop reading, and start participating. After all, you can only learn so much from reading before you need to get out and experience.
