Thanks for the welcome Brian and Andre hope to meet both of you and learn any tips or thoughts you may have regarding the real estate business.

What kris is probably alluding too is a land trust  as to not tip the bank these are all very old and established methods of ownership nothing exotic or new..

So much great information in them it's amazing what you can pick up from them if you are REALLY listening to them looking for tips or insights.i also look forward to seeing where this thread goes and hopefully many more will be willing to share their progress as well.
