Asking someone to grab coffee for general two-way networking purposes is totally cool too.

I am grabbing up several rentals about 30-45 mins from DFW. 

In addition to what @Deanna McCormick and @Kyle Doney have to say, I would say this is the perfect opportunity to not only get the #2 unit in shape, but improve it so it has what a senior needs to age in place..... comfort height toilet, bathroom grab bars, handrail for steps and/or ramp, doorways wide enough for a walker, great lighting, smooth flooring (either wood/vinyl or very low pile carpet) and no throw rugs.

I'm a girl (ok, ahem, an over 45 southern lady with long hair & fingernails) and still gotten my kiddos & me to learn how to do a lot from the Internet & TV shows that do house flips & stuff like that.

When I was a loan officer I learned that a girl friend is not a wife.

One of the ones that I got an email from that grabbed my attention was RelatedISG, but mostly because of the name and I know how big and presumably well connected the Related group is.
