I am currently underway some deals in Richmond area and can get you in touch with a very good realtor (I am not promoting myself here, BTW..I use someone else for Richmond area...lol) VA laws are more landlord friendly compared to MD, and given a chance between MD and VA, VA makes more sense to me personally.
