New Investor from Falls Church, VA
Hi! I have been following BP for a few months now, but I finally decided to upgrade my profile and jump in! I am currently a Real Estate Agent in Northern, VA and I love helping buyers and sellers reach their goals. With that said, one of my goals is to buy my first investment property by the end of this year, and eventually have several income-generating properties. I'm interested in buy and hold rentals (Airbnb specifically), and Fix and Flips. I currently live in Falls Church, VA, but I'm open to investing in other nearby areas (as far South as Richmond and as far north as Baltimore), and in parts of Florida (Tallahassee and Tampa). I'm here to learn as much as I can and hopefully make some connections to help launch my investing career!

Florida is a great place for vacation rentals. I actually rent out my timeshare in Pompano Beach, FL and it does great during the summer months! Good luck in your investing!
