Hello BP Family,After contemplating for a few minutes the type of impression I wanted to make with my introduction I simply realize that if this community truly was going to become a part of my family I should be transparent from the start.After immigrating from Mexicali,  Baja California in Northern Mexico I dedicated all of my effort to school which earned me a place at UC Berkeley for my college career.

I also mail custom letters on high end stationary sealed with hot wax and my emblem every time a listing expires in my community offering a free certified appraisal which I do myself and present to them at the listing appointment.

It's a lot of effort to pay below retail or cheaper than HD like you are saying, and we usually just don't have the time to go through places like BMO and Stardust, but I've used both in the past.We have an HD commercial account which gives us no interest for 60 day payment terms, we also are in the AZREIA 2% rebate remodeler program, and make sure to send all your items through the pro dest at the bid room at HD, for you anything 2k and over should qualify for some decent discounts.Some other places we use that are good and affordable for specific items:Desert Liquidators LLC- Good for flooring, cabinets, etcDiamond Kitchen and Bath- They have in stock Glenwood models and White Shakers that are good prices and are modular.Lee's Counter Tops- Only reliable vendor we've found for formica/laminate topsWindow Depot- Our go to for in stock and custom order double pane aluminum and vinyl windows that are cheap and good quality for investment property.

@Jennifer Stutland it would depend on your goals and how much time and effort you are willing to dedicate to the business.

Finding a guy that will make your project his priority is tough when he knows he will have to pass up work from his other repeat customers.

How much time and effort am I prepared to dedicate to this?

While not a total first in that I enjoy drawing the plans for many of the projects we do, this was by far the LARGEST custom home my team and I have imagineered up to this point.Framing went pretty fast, which helped make up for LOTS of lost time in the Roswell Permitting department and our FEEBLE first attempt at lot development. 

I have worked in sales, marketing, and customer service and I have always wanted to get into the real estate business, so I finally made the leap three months ago.  

I'm new to RE my self and have decided to dedicate this entire month to listening to every Webinar,Podcast and discovering ALL the tools available..

I'm starting up a wireless internet provider company and I'm thinking about partnering with building owners to get access to their facilities and tenants.The idea is that the building owner is in a great position to help promote my services and I can provide them with a new revenue stream.The benefit to the building owner is new monthly revenue increasing their NOI.The benefit to their tenants is significantly better internet service.The benefit to my company is lower customer acquisition costs and having someone else help push tenants towards my service.I'm new to the real estate industry and looking to understand the following:- Is this type of partnership currently being done for Internet or other tenant services?
