And when it comes to specific deals, for example in fundrise many of them are highly leveraged beyond what I'm comfortable with should there be a severe downturn.But, if you're an aggressive investor then you will look at all that in the opposite way.Personally I find a better chance to find more conservative deals on platforms Like Crowd Street, Arbor Crowd etc.

@Maxwell Kaplan when picking an agent, make sure you’re comfortable enough that you can eventually “break up” with the agent and still have the friend/cousin etc.

There are a ton of lenders out there pretty much offering the same products so find the one (or the few) that you are most comfortable with and depending on the details of your deal know which of your lenders are best suited to handle that deal in particular based on their criteria

I am leaning towards more OOS SFR for adding cash flow (my comfort zone) and/or joining a syndication or two...sometimes too much information and researching  is a curse lol

I didn't realize all the different strategies that are out there and it really opened my eyes.If you're stuck, I think a good starting spot is figuring out a price range you feel comfortable with.
