Im looking to buy my first rental property. I live in Northern Colorado. The housing market is incredibly high for a buyer. It’s definitely a sellers market currently.

Does anybody else in the area practice rental property investing? Is it still doable?? Any advice would be great.

I’m still in the process of reading books and educating myself. I do have a large amount of money saved for a down payment, but I don’t wanna jump in hap-hazardly. Thanks!!
