New Member Moving to Florida

Hello BP Members!

I have 20 years experience in hospitality, property management and basic home renovations. I am now looking for an investment in Florida to house hack, renovate and then rent or sell. My future goal is to have a portfolio of several homes or larger multi-family. 

I am a beginner investor so I'm glad I found this site, the videos and discussions have been very informative, I've learned a lot already and look forward to connecting with members from the central Florida area.

@Ashley Jaynes Welcome to the area. Yes there is a bunch of projects happening in and around Orlando. Universal just revealed there new park is Nintendo themed! The inner child in me is kinda excited. If you ever have any questions about the area don't hesitate to reach out.
