What makes you special and trustworthy enough for someone to want to sell their house to you as opposed to the hundreds of other local wholesalers? 

Perhaps it is worth it to spend a couple of hundred dollars and have an attorney draft the letter to the HOA. 

I'm not seeing any high end finishes in these.That’s what I am seeing in most areas all in including drawings, Enginering, surveys, permits, inspections, tap fees, utilities, site work, temp power and temo toilet, trash and sweep outs, Fiber cement siding like hardy plank, architectural shingles or better, hardwood, ceramic tile, granite countertops, upgraded appliances and cabinets, upgraded light fixtures plumbing fixtures.

She cleans hundreds of units a year but gets only one 1099.

Kitchen Cabinets - If they are in food shape, just refinish them and add door handles.

That method still works for some, but it IS limited.... simply because every local reia leader has told hundreds of others to do the same.exact.thing.Call your local county/city.
