My wife and I used it on two occasions: in Miami Beach and in Croatia.

Looking for an advice about purchasing buy and hold properties in Palm coast or ormand beach Florida.I will be putting down 20% on any properties and will be financing the rest.

Can't quite get my head wrapped around Lawndale.It is very well located - bordering both Redondo and Torrance which are affluent neighbourhoods, and it isn't particularly a big area, so I would have expected it to be perhaps more popular with the 'overspill' from the beach towns who can no longer afford it - but it appears that is far from desirable for home buyers (plenty of renters) despite property values shooting up last year or so.

I saw alot of great comapnys posting on those two places in Virginia beach when I was in that industry. 

I am in Carolina Beach building new homes (just started my first and have 3 more in the pipeline!)

However I'm taking that experience and using it to make another run at it with a new team for a project I'm doing in Alki beach area in West Seattle. 

I see them all the time when looking at Myrtle Beach, SC property.

I want to do an in-house flip in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area of Virginia and looking to mortgage no more than 60k. 

.- 0.2 miles to beach but not in a flood zone.
