New member looking for any insight on Florida real estate.
Looking for an advice about purchasing buy and hold properties in Palm coast or ormand beach Florida.
I will be putting down 20% on any properties and will be financing the rest. According to everything I read I want at least 150-200 cash flow on each property.
My goal is to purchase 2 within the next 6 months.
Please give me any more information about these two areas or if you know of a better cash flow area in Florida. Thank you!
