I would agree its tough to tell in pictures, looks like they were knocking down basement walls and supporting with lolly columns, if the columns are on suitable footings it may not be that bad, but hard to tell in pictures, I own one similar, but i only paid $6K for the house, put $7500 in the rehab, and I get $725/mo rent, house is not falling down so I let it roll, if it starts moving then I will worry about it. 

A flip is just like cleaning up after a really bad tennant lol 

I do plan on walking in with reviews about them to see if they can explain what may have happened in certain situation (is that a bad idea?)

That’s a bad day for any publicly-traded company.Another challenge they face already is self-cannibalization.

I like the idea of Fourplexes in MN or most of the Midwest even with the bad weather as my comparison.

They will give you a feel for what is good, bad and what you can live with in your market.

I don’t want to pounce on a bad deal just to hit that mark.I’ve started our search by scanning through and quickly analyzing properties I’ve found on sites like LoopNet, Realtor.com, and Redfin.
