Make copies , and submit to the HOA  both by certified mail and at a HOA meeting in front of everyone in attendance .  

Thad, I feel like most brokerages won't be the best place to learn about investing, I guess working as an agent just seems like a good starting point (although from what I hear it takes quite a while to begin producing income as an agent..) finally Tony, I would love to attend your next meeting, and I will definitely give you a call by this weekend.

You should attend before you buy a park.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info.

I have attended a few webinars and those are great as well.Me and my wife want to start flipping homes but I just don't know where we should start first.

Try finding a local real estate investment club and attend a few meetings.

Next I would say to attend local BP meetups and network.

We physically attend a minimum of 4 meetings per month.  

I plan to attend real estate class and hopefully get licensed by the end of the summer.
