Semi Newbie from Northern Virginia!
Hello everyone! Just wanted to say hi and give an quick introduction before I dive head in and start reading and learning from this site. I am from Northern Virginia, I bought my first rental property when the market crashed a few years back with the help of my mom. I have been able to rent it out for six full years now. I am making a small profit on the property, was able to refinance the 30 year mortgage to 15 years and with additional payments each month, I have about 8 years to pay it off. I just bought my own house so money is tight but I am planning to see how I can get my next rental. Hope I can learn a lot from everyone and contribute just as much!
