Good Afternoon BP team,I have a big decision to make in the near future for one of my current rehabs.  

I was supposed to call them back this afternoon, but I hesitated because I didn't want to talk to them without having the financing ready in case there was a great deal, but needed cash right away.I will need to call them tomorrow either way, but I was just wondering what to do in the coming days.. should I be looking for the deal first and look for a way of financing later?

There are a couple of us getting together at the Tavern on the Wharf in Plymouth this afternoon at 4. 

We always meet at 12:30 in the afternoon.

It should be available this afternoon some time.
