Does anyone have advice on where to achieve my license, who to talk to, or where to begin?

Would you not be open to having a property manager manage your properties if you were able to achieve a higher ROI than if you invested closer to where you live and had to do the management yourself?

I need all the information I can get to achieve this goal. 

Secondly, I want to successfully assist others in achieving their real estate aspirations and goals. 

For those of you achieving 10% or more what kind of notes do you generally invest in?

If you can employ the same strategy in SFR scattered rentals, you can achieve 5-10%++ depending on location.
