Hello!

I am a new investor in the Portland area! My wife and I are currently house-hacking in a recent duplex we purchased. Our plans are to live in this home for 1-2 years and then repeat the process in a buy and hold long-term strategy. We hope that with a BP community helping us along the way we can achieve financial freedom!

@kaz_miyazaki : Yes! I have been listening to BP podcasts and watched the most recent webinar regarding duplex, triplex, and quadplex! This website/community are indeed vital tools to help anyone grasp a better understanding of anything related to using real estate investing!
