Kind of what I wondered, likely easier and no expensive costs of a hard loan; which have never taken out but looked into it years ago for our other property nd decided against it unless absolutely necessary.  

I'm considering renting out a large unfinished basement through Neighbor, but was curious if other people have experiences with Neighbor or suggestions first.I figure this would be a great first real estate project for me to get into as it would have minimal costs and overhaul.

I wonder if anyone else have an idea in regards to this topic?

Nvidia is just beginning. while residential is on 2-3% cap rate right now , it's almost near on 90th percentage.I suggest for realtor that can't find lead to sell home to move to data center or AI industry ;-)

I would suggest networking locally to get entrenched in the real estate market.

No wonder everyone is concerned about the future with AI.  

But, I'm also wondering if there's something I'm missing.
