To do that, you must also give Escrow instructions to...3 - Receive the cash flow (returns) from that investment (#2) and distribute that cash flow in the following order:     1 - Pay the debt payment on the investment vehicle     2 - Pay the original loan lender (you)     3 - Pay the investor/borrower what is left.The reason I put a minimum loan amount of $300k on this is based on $200k of the $300k loan being used as a DP on ad NNN property (that's what secures the Risk).
