WHat software do you use to keep track of all your mailings?

Hello to all..does anyone know of a good evaluation software for multi-family properties?

I currently work for a software company doing software development and more recently project management.I stumbled across this site and looks like my best bet to get actual answers/advise.

My day job is software/hardware engineering.

I realize there have been a few other posts regarding this but i didn't really find any of them useful.I am to make the leap and buy my first property but am having a tough time deciding which software to go with for my cash flow projections, P and L statements, etc.

I use Buildium software which comes with cloud based tenant screening software and a rental application feature.

For those of you like myself who make multiple offers per day on listed (and unlisted) properties, you know the process is tedious...for Texas at least, as I'm sure it is anywhere.I'm currently shopping around for systems or software that are more sophisticated than what I'm currently using to efficiently streamline the process of making multiple offers per day.I'm finding that I'm quickly outgrowing my "system" and to prepare for future growth, would like to see what others may be using.I thought I would pose the question to this group:1) Do you use software or some sort of system other than having a pre-filled contract to assist in making multiple offers?

I am looking for some advice on purchasing software that will let me input numbers and do the related calculations for me to analyze a deal, i would also like something that would prepare presentations for investors or banks.

I love the fact that the rent payment automatically shows up in the tenants account in my Buildium software, and my tenants seem to appreciate the fact that they can pay the rent on their phones at 11:59 pm and not incur late charges.

With so many people having major credit issues as a result of the financial crisis, the FICO credit reporting software, and other software used to issue credit, may need a rehaul for issuing new debt in the future.I don’t know much about how scores are calculated, given that each software program has a unique way that it calculates credit scores.
